I am a Chartered Accountant by profession "but not as boring as Monty Python would have you believe" and have spent over 45 years working with charities and owner managed businesses of many types and sizes; from national to local businesses, and from start-ups to multi-million pound businesses. I have worked with national and international charities as well as small local not for profit organisations.

In each situation I have ensured that the solutions to client problems are tailored to the clients own specific needs as in the case of two clients with identical problems, the solution may not be the same. That is why a good strategic and governance framework is essential.

Whether you are an SME with issues surrounding turnover and margins; whether you are a Charity who is struggling with income generation or diversification; whether you are having issues surrounding overheads, cash flow or raising finance for capital projects; and whether you are facing governance issues or have a Board that is not as effective as it might be,we can work together to solve the problem. Why not take a look at my case studies and testimonial pages to see how I can help.

Most importantly, being independent, I am not afraid to speak my mind and if it proves necessary to tell you things that you may not want to hear but nevertheless need to be said. However I am there to work with you no matter how difficult the situation is and help you to achieve positive outcomes.
