Good Governance is fundamental to the well-being of any charity and its beneficiaries and yet it is far too often that failures in this area lead to failures in charities generally.

It is important that both the trustees and senior leadership teams in every charity get to grips with this concept as quickly as possible as failure to do so can lead th catstrophic failures all around.
